Human Resources Generalist

You will manage a broad range of HR functions, including domestic and foreign compliance, HRIS administration and audits, HR automation, recruitment, staffing, performance reviews, compensation analysis, employee relations, exit interviews, and training. You will also supervise the staffing coordinator and HR assistant.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and foreign HR compliance
• Manage and audit the HRIS
• Automate HR functions
• Oversee recruitment and staffing
• Support managers during performance reviews
• Participate in salary surveys and perform compensation analyses
• Support employee relations and conduct exit interviews
• Organize training sessions
• Supervise the staffing coordinator and HR assistant

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of progressive human resources experience
• Knowledge of HR systems
• Knowledge of benefits
