Position Overview: The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day administration and core HR functions, including recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, leave administration, benefit support, HR compliance, and employee records management. This role serves as a key operational partner to supervisors and employees while ensuring HR practices align with agency policies, employment laws, and agency values. The HR Generalist works under the direction of the HR Supervisor and exercises sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters.
