Power Within Psychology is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to join our team at the Meerut Headquarters. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing core Human Resource operations, including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, communication, attendance coordination, and maintaining a structured work environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments within the organization.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Human Resource Management
    
  • Business Administration (HR)
    
  • Psychology
    
  • Management or related fields
    

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
  
• Professional attitude and problem-solving approach
  
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment systems
  
• Ability to manage documentation and records efficiently
  
• Familiarity with tools such as Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, MS Excel, or Google Workspace will be an added advantage
  

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or operations preferred
  
• Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply
