Talent Acquisition (40%)

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for internship and experienced hiring.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and university partnerships.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.

• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports in the ATS.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Employer Branding (40%)

• Create engaging recruitment and employer branding content on social channels.

• Support career fairs, campus recruitment programs, and employer branding events.

• Assist in managing the company's career page and recruitment campaigns.

• Capture photos/videos and develop content showcasing company culture and employee stories.

• Research market trends and benchmark employer branding initiatives.

Employee Engagement (20%)

• Support internal events, employee engagement activities, and company celebrations.

• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.

• Help prepare internal communications, announcements, and engagement materials.

• Collect employee feedback and support engagement initiatives.

• Provide administrative support for HR projects as assigned.

• Is a final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Is passionate about Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Employee Experience.

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Has a creative mindset with excellent writing and storytelling abilities.

• Is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership.

• Is available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
