Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Support our HR Team in the Netherlands with daily operational tasks.
- Assist with the coordination and follow-up of probation period reviews.
- Provide first-level support to employees regarding simple HR inquiries.
- Prepare and update HR documentation, including contracts for contractors and related follow-ups.
- Support in maintaining and updating organizational charts.
- Contribute to the coordination of the company’s 360° performance review process.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
What You’ll Need
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; able to solve problems proactively.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and eager to take on responsibility.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in English and Dutch.
