Requirements:
√ Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Management or a related discipline.
√ 3 - 5 years’ relevant professional experience in human resources, people operations or employee relations.
√ Professional certification or active membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
√ At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or HR management position.
√ Demonstrable experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and operational controls.
√ Practical experience managing recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, attendance, leave, disciplinary action, staff queries and employee records.
√ Working knowledge of Nigerian employment practices and applicable labour requirements.
