Requirements
● Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
● A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
● CIPM certification is mandatory.
● SHRM-SCP, SPHRi or other relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
● Minimum of 8–10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
● Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy industry is highly desirable.
● Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (preferably SeamlessHR).
