Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to support the execution of both strategic and operational HR initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving organizational performance, workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and HR process excellence while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement the Company's manpower plan.
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Review organizational structures and workforce requirements to support business growth.
Performance Management
- Coordinate the annual and mid-year performance management process.
- Facilitate departmental and individual KPI development and cascading.
- Manage the Performance Management System on SeamlessHR.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and statutory remittances.
- Manage employee leave administration and related allowances.
- Support salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, and benefits administration.
Learning & Development
- Conduct organization-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Develop the Annual Training Plan and Training Budget.
- Coordinate implementation of training programmes and evaluate training effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations
- Coordinate recruitment activities from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programmes.
- Conduct exit interviews and coordinate employee exit processes.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Administer the Company's HRIS (SeamlessHR).
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory obligations (Pension, NSITF, ITF, etc.).
- Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
- CIPM certification is mandatory.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHRi or other relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8–10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy industry is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (preferably SeamlessHR).
