HR & People Operations Manager
Fournais Group: based in Denmark
Fournais is looking for a structured and hands-on HR & People Operations Manager to establish and manage our HR administration across operations in Denmark and Mallorca.
The role focuses on contracts, employee data, systems, legal compliance and organisational overview, connecting HR administration with management and Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, review and structure all employment contracts and employee documentation.
- Prepare contracts, amendments and other HR documents.
- Establish and maintain central employee records and HR systems.
- Maintain organisation charts, employee lists and reporting structures.
- Provide Finance with accurate salary, staffing and total people-cost data.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, holidays, absence and payroll information.
- Develop essential HR templates and administrative procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, collective bargaining agreements, union-related matters and GDPR.
- Coordinate employment and payroll requirements across Denmark and Mallorca in collaboration with local legal advisers, payroll providers and authorities.
- Support the implementation and administration of the Fournais People employee platform.
About you
You have experience in HR administration, People Operations or payroll coordination and a solid understanding of Danish employment legislation, collective bargaining agreements and HR compliance.
You are highly structured, accurate and confident working with contracts, employee data and systems. You work independently, maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally in Danish and English.
Experience from hospitality, international operations or Spanish employment administration is an advantage.
