Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the overall goals of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes

- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management

- Coordinate training and development programs

- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations

- Handle employee benefits and compensation programs

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

- Manage HR budget and resources effectively

- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- 5+ years of experience in HR management

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
