Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Human Resources Manager to join our growing, fully remote tech company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all positions, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage the interview and hiring process.
Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent, particularly for technical and hard-to-fill roles.
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless experience while integrating into the remote work culture.
Employee Relations & Support:
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related concerns, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and career development.
Foster a positive remote work culture by addressing employee engagement, morale, and team dynamics.
Maintain and promote a remote-first environment, ensuring employees feel connected and supported despite physical distance.
Performance Management:
Design and implement performance management processes that align with organizational goals.
Oversee regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Work with leadership to identify skill gaps and support employee growth initiatives.
HR Strategy & Compliance:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in a fully remote setting.
Manage HR policies, employee handbooks, and ensure they reflect best practices in remote work.
Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in HR tech, remote workforce management, and legal requirements related to a distributed workforce.
Data & Reporting:
Analyze key HR metrics, including turnover, retention, employee satisfaction, and engagement, to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and policies.
Report on HR activities and results to senior leadership to drive data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager or similar role, ideally within the tech industry or a fast-paced remote work environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Expertise in managing remote teams and understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of remote work culture.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS). (Recruitee experience preferred)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
