| Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |
Key Responsibilities\:
1. | Provide executive and administrative support for the following Human Resources function\: - Recruitment and Appointment - Remuneration and Benefits - Performance Management - Training and Development - Staff Relations and Communication |
2. | Collect and analyze data and compiling management reports. |
3. | Handle enquires/feedbacks/complaints and draft correspondences. |
4. | Maintain proper HR records. |
5. | Assist in review of human resources workflow and practices. |
6. | Support implementation of HR projects. |
7. | Supervise a small team of staff. |
8. | Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. |
Entry Requirement\:
1. | University Graduates with working experience; OR | |
2. | Has obtained a diploma in a specialized function with relevant working experience and completed F.5/ S.5 with\: | |
| (a) | 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR |
| (b) | 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below\: |
| i. | Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and |
| ii. | Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent. |
Preferred Attributes\:
1. | Familiar with legislative requirements related to HR operation. |
2. | Experience in high volume of data. |
3. | Good command of Chinese and English. |
4. | Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint. |
5. | Good interpersonal and communication skills. |
6. | Meticulous and attentive to details and accuracy. |
7. | Self-motivated, responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently with minimum supervision. |
