Human Resources Officer [For Serving HA Staff Only]

Pay\: HK$27,413 to HK$38,290 (HGPS point 9 - 15) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities\:
1. Assist in the following day-to-day administration functions of the Human Resources Division\:
- Manpower Planning
- Recruitment and Appointment
- Benefits and Compensation
- Leave Management
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Staff Relations and Communication
2. Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
3. Perform HR related clerical duties including data input, compilation of statistics and management reports & documentation.
4. Communicate with internal staff / departments.
5. Supervise junior clerical and support staff.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements\:
1. (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below\:
(i) Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects/ Grade E in other Language subjects; or equivalent.
2. 3 years' clerical experience with good knowledge of the functions and operations in human resources.
Preferable Attributes/Exposure\:
1. Good command of both written English and Chinese.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Detail-minded, self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently.
5. Hands-on experience in Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERPS) – Human Capital Management.
