- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Professional certification from CIPM is required
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment practices, and labor laws
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and MS Office skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and excel in a hybrid environment
