Human Resources Officer

• Perform full spectrum of HR operations support including but not limited to recruitment & staffing activities, visa application, C&B administration, staff on-/off-boarding, employee attendance, learning, staff engagements, etc.
• Support logistical arrangements for new joiner onboarding and staff departure
• Maintain accurate employee record in HRIS and filing
• Assist & participate in staff events including staff annual dinner, training and seminar, cultural committee activities, etc.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and service providers to support the HR operations
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline, or equivalent to HKQF level 5
• 1 year working experience in Human Resources field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Immediately available is highly preferred
