About the Role
Lagos Business School is seeking a qualified Human Resources Officer with strong HR knowledge, analytical abilities, and professional integrity to support effective human resource management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPM or CIPD membership.
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-degree experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, metrics, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and time-management abilities.
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
