Human Resources Officer

Requirements
● A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, CIPM or CIPD membership, and a minimum of 5 years' post-degree experience are required.

Required Competencies
● Strong knowledge of HR best practices, metrics, and analytics.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
● High standards of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
