🎓 Requirements:
- 🎓 Education: Master's (or Bachelor's + experience) in HR, Data, or Business.
- 💼 Experience: 5+ years in HR management; ERP & visualization tool skills.
- 🗣️ Languages: Fluent English (French is a plus).
