Human Resources Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR data, ERP systems (Umoja), and staffing tables.
• Create HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI.
• Optimize HR workflows, processes, and automated tools.
• Provide HR advisory and operational support.

Requirements:

• Master's degree (or Bachelor's + experience) in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience; knowledge of ERPs and Power BI.
• Fluency in English or French.
