Requirements:
√ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
√ MBA or a master’s degree in a related subject is an added advantage. CIPM, or a relevant certification, is mandatory
√ Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
√ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
√ Proficiency in HR software and data management tools. Good computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint, Zoom
√ Well organized with strong time management skills
