Human Resources Officer
- Execute various learning and development programs, ensuring effective coordination of scheduling, enrolment, stakeholder communications, and reporting.
- Maintain and administer learning platforms, evaluate learning solutions by data analysis, and monitor learning effectiveness and participation to support organizational capability building.
- Provide logistic support for talent development initiatives.
- Manage external learning and event partners, overseeing vendor selection and performance to ensure quality and value.
- Develop and implement employee engagement, wellbeing, and recreational initiatives that foster collaboration, connection, and a positive workplace culture within the Regional Office.
- Champion diversity and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture while strengthening the organization's social impact.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback and engagement insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Requirements
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in MNC
- A proactive, accountable mindset — you take ownership and enjoy trying something new
- Outgoing, agile, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Excellent command of both written & spoken in English
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Visual communication or design skills a plus
