Human Resources Operations Manager (Full-time)

Position Summary

The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, and manages all aspects of employee benefits administration. This position involves collaboration and partnership with the Director of HR to manage employee relations and to develop,implement,and enforce policies and SOPs that align with organizational objectives. The HROM will also promote seamless workflow execution and facilitate efficient processes, while maintaining compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.

The HROM functions as a strategic partner across all human resources domains, including employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS management and optimization, and talent acquisition. The HROM will provide comprehensive support across HR functions as required, continuously refining processes and upholding policies and procedures to meet the organization's evolving needs. The HROM will provide support and guidance within the HR team and across programs in the HR director’s absence.
