About the Role
We're hiring an experienced HR professional to lead workforce planning for a well-established government organization in Dubai. You'll shape how the organization plans its people — from headcount and structure to career paths and Emiratization.
What You'll Do
- Lead workforce planning and forecast future staffing needs
- Develop and update the organizational structure and job classification system
- Drive Emiratization initiatives and set annual national talent targets
- Build succession plans and career path frameworks
- Analyze labour market trends to guide hiring and development strategy
- Manage the annual headcount budget and track approved vs. vacant positions
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant HR experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with workforce data
- Experience leading cross-functional coordination on people planning
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- UAE National (Emirati)
