Internship Description
We are looking for a curious and tech-savvy university student to join our Human Resources team to support our Human Resources Automation and Generative AI initiatives.
The main objective of the internship is to assist in the structuring, enhancement, and automation of knowledge systems and self-service solutions using artificial intelligence technologies. The intern will help ensure employees have easy access to accurate and timely information, while also exploring innovative AI solutions that optimize HR processes and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the organization and continuous improvement of internal HR knowledge bases (e.g., HR chatbot content, policy libraries, FAQs).
- Collaborate in the design and testing of AI-powered tools to enhance employee self-service experiences.
- Analyze usage data and employee feedback to identify content gaps and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the creation of conversational flows and knowledge articles for the HR chatbot.
- Stay up to date with trends in generative AI and knowledge management to propose innovative enhancements.
- Help ensure all materials are aligned with HR processes, policies, and branding.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Required profile:
- Senior-year students in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Information Science, or related fields (at least 80% completed or graduated without experience).
- Passion for technology, digital tools, and innovation in HR.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience or interest in generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) or knowledge management systems is a plus.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Internship conditions:
- Duration: 6 months.
- Modality: 100% on-site at our corporate office in Belén, Heredia.
- Minimum availability: 3 full days per week (approx. 28 hours weekly).
