Human Resources Recruitment Officer

Human Resources Recruitment Officer will support day-to-day HR operations for outsourced employees, including onboarding, mobilization, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and client coordination. The role requires strong follow-up, documentation, and workforce management skills.

• Lead the recruitment process for assigned clients
  
• Act as the sole point of contact from Madre for client management and employee engagement activities
  
• Create job description depending on the requirement
  
• Screen CV's, job application forms, and candidate legal documents for authenticity and confirm the same
  
• Conduct interviews for candidates via phone/video, in-person
  
• Organize job offer letters, facilitate vis process, and all onboarding requirements as per client request
  
• Institute a professional relationship with clients by addressing their concerns and queries in the best capacity
  
• Manage the post hiring procedures and on-going employee life cycle

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Human Resources/Management Studies/Humanities/Social Sciences
  
• Experience in recruiting and mobilizing manpower in client sites
  
• Experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred
  
• Experience in Zoho Recruit is preferred
  
• Preferred with candidates having experience in MNC workforce agency's
