The positions primary purpose is to serve as HQ Air Force Test Center (AFTC) HR Specialist, which includes staff agencies and 412th Test Wing at Edwards AFB, CA; 96th Test Wing at Eglin AFB, FL; Arnold Engineering and Development Complex at Arnold AFB, TN and numerous operating locations throughout the United States.

Serves as senior Center human resources specialist In conjunction with other HR professionals, establishes workforce planning strategies and initiatives to enhance diversity employment opportunities for a diverse workforce including veterans, individuals with disabilities, minorities and women Leads and/or participates in initiatives and performs special assignments, projects and studies, based upon guidance from supervisor Researches information for assigned program and analyzes data Responds to higher level tasking and suspense
