The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) Human Resource Specialist dealing with program operations for Mission Readiness and Sustainment (DPCS).

Serves as Human Resources Specialist at the Directorate level coordinating with AFPC liaisons, multiple Directorates, and multiple Divisions providing support for Mission Readiness and Sustainment program management, position management, and other AFPC special programs. Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for Mission Readiness and Sustainment program(s) to ensure operations are in line with regulatory requirements, support goals, and mission requirements. Represents Civilian Personnel Management Branch with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Performs program evaluation of a full range of HR programs and develops and executes improvement/enhancement plans.
