HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION)

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior Human Resources (HR) Specialist in Classification with responsibility for planning, developing, and carrying out the full range of position classification and position management advisory series for assigned organizations.

Provides position classification services to assigned organizations. Provides position management advisory services in dealing with difficult, complex, and often controversial position management issues. Participates in special initiatives, studies and projects. Prepares written correspondence and other documentation.
