The primary purpose of this position is to: This is a developmental position with known promotion potential to Human Resources Specialist (Classification), target position GS-0201-12. Incumbent works closely with the supervisor in performing duties identified in the intervening and full performance standard core personnel document/core document.

Provides position classification services to assigned organizations. Provides the full range of position management advisory services in dealing with difficult, complex, and often controversial ART and non-ART position management issues. Participates in special initiatives, studies and projects. Prepares written correspondence and other documentation, and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations and planning sessions with both HQ AFRC and field unit managers and personnel to secure.
