HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION)

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) in the Military Sealift Command (MSC), Total Force Management Program Office (N1) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.

You will conduct position classification and position management reviews of positions and organizational structures, explaining recommendations and determinations in order to defuse and resolve situations or disputes overs decisions.

You will provide technical input as appropriate in resolving potential conflicts with classification principles and practices.

You will plan and conduct classification studies to identify short- and long-range position classification and position management needs.

You will interpret classification and position management principles as they apply to local situations.
