Provides guidance and assistance to management officials and employees concerning hours of work, leave and absence, pay issues, performance, grievance and appeal rights and other employee relations issues Administers formally approved labor agreements Coordinates with EEO Counselors. Coordinates on the basis (es) and issues of formal complaints to ensure claims have not been raised through negotiated grievance or Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) procedures Participates in special projects and performs special assignments Participates in the administration of self-evaluation
