Human Resources Specialist (Human Resource Development) MP

This HR Specialist (HRD) position is located in National Science Foundation. The primary purpose of the position is to provide administrative and technical support for learning and development program activities for NSF staff in support of the agency's vision, mission, and strategic goals. This is a developmental position leading to full performance at the GS-12 level. Selections will only be made at the GS-07 level. As a Human Resources Specialist (HR Development), you will perform the following duties: Provide administrative and logistical support for learning and development programs by managing participant registration, assigning courses to NSF staff in the learning management system (LMS), and supporting higher-graded specialists in creating, updating, and conducting learning courses or programs. Support the use of learning management systems (LMS), virtual platforms, and educational technologies by creating and distributing user guides, providing technical support for local access or delivery issues, and responding to general user inquiries. Serve as internal liaison for learning and development communications to increase understanding and utilization of learning and development programs, services, and resources. Provide administrative support for meetings, working groups, and program events, including preparing agendas and capturing meeting notes. Perform other duties as assigned.
