Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems)

If selected, you will support the organization's system & reporting needs, including fulfilling data requests, administration of human resources systems, and supporting human capital initiatives.

The duties may include, but are not limited to:

Provides technical expertise in the talent acquisition and onboarding modules of the USA Staffing System

Supports and assists human resources staff, job applicants, new hires, and hiring managers

Fulfills data report, data analysis, and data visualization requests for customer and management initiatives

Serves as an agency representative on department or government wide initiatives related to systems and reporting

Coordinates with other Information Systems professionals and Human Resources Operational staff to address and resolve data integrity concerns
