Joining Customs & Border Protection (CBP) will allow you to utilize your expertise in optimizing human capital management by leveraging your experience in data analytics, technology, business transformation, and the science of human resources. This position starts at a salary of $125,776.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $163,514.00 (GS-14, Step 10). Salary: Salary listed reflects the rest of U.S. scale and, if applicable, will be adjusted to meet the locality pay or cost of living expenses of the duty location upon selection. Major Duties: Serving as an expert and lead Business Analyst on Human Resources Information Systems who is responsible for requirements elicitation, application development and maintenance to support HRM needs. Leading the development of documentation for every project e.g. System design and development, testing plans, implementation plan. Planning and coordinating design efforts and ensures work is accurately completed on time by the team and serves as primary liaison between the product owners and development team. Ensuring software development and testing efforts follow agency policies, Federal regulations and Presidential Orders. Partnering with various project teams in HRM to analyze and determine impact of HR business processes, operations and systems/services.
