Who You Are

• A graduate of a relevant bachelor’s degree program,
  
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources — ideally within the IT industry,
  
• You’re familiar with core IT roles and actively follow trends in the tech world,
  
• You have advanced English communication skills (written and spoken),
  
• You’re curious, adaptable, open to new technologies, and a strong communicator,
  
• You thrive in team environments, have strong planning and organizational skills,
  
• You have knowledge of company values, organizational culture, and transformation programs,
  
• You bring solid experience in organizational development and process improvement,
  
• You’re experienced in talent and career management processes,
  
• You have strong analytical and reporting skills,
  
• Bonus: You’ve implemented or worked with performance evaluation systems.
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process: posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and running reference checks,
  
• Maintaining and improving our candidate database,
  
• Contributing to the development of internal HR policies and procedures,
  
• Supporting employee satisfaction, engagement, and internal communications initiatives,
  
• Organizing and updating onboarding and orientation programs for new hires,
  
• Keeping training documentation and records up to date and well-organized,
  
• Driving projects that promote knowledge-sharing and continuous learning within the company.
