The primary purpose of this position is to: serve as personnel systems administrator and technical expert for the Military Personnel Flight's various technical management and process improvement solutions.

Administers Military Personnel Data Systems The technical authority on all elements of active duty military personnel specialties Provides military personnel advisory services to commanders and staff on all personnel systems programs Recommend technology software, and process solutions to ensure MPF and supported commands are using personnel systems as efficiently as possible within technological and budgetary constraints
