HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY)

The incumbent implements the State’s Incentive Program and subordinate programs, including SRIP, AMEDD, SLRP, CLRP and BRS-CP (collectively referred to as incentive contracts and programs) through policy execution and processing of contracts/actions.

The incumbent conducts a continuous review of policies related to contract monitoring, termination notifications, Congressional inquiries, and complaints from the Inspector General as applicable.

Provides support in the training and oversight of lower echelon system operators (Brigade, Battalion, etc.) to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
