HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY)

You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Military) in the Reserve Medical Division of the Navy Personnel Command Reserve (NPC) Millington TN.
You will apply Navy Reserve Polices an instructions to Medical hold (MEDHOLD) cases to ensure compliance with medical retention standards evaluate an organization's human resources program to identify program deficiencies.
You will utilize Microsoft data bases and share-point to track data; generating MEDHOLD status reports and providing them to Command.
You will draft correspondence to external stakeholders to resolve MEDHOLD related inquiries.
You will interpret Navy /DoW policy and Title 10 laws related to MEDHOLD adjudications and determinations.
