HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT)

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOUCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/PLACEMENT) in the CIVILIAN WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT DIVISION of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.

You will provide technical advice and assistance to CNIC managers and operations personnel in the resolution of difficult staffing problems.

You will review staffing actions/packages for completeness and compliance in accordance with CNIC hiring processes, Navy hiring processes, and other applicable guidelines and regulations.

You will coordinate the review, approval, and posting of draft Job Opportunity Announcements (JOA), issuance of certificates, and selection of qualified candidate(s).

You will serve as a management consultant in designing and planning a current and future workforce that is responsive to dynamic changes in mission and/or business practices.
