HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/CLASSIFICATION)

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/CLASSIFICATION) in the Secretariat Offices of DEPUTY UNDER SECRETARY OF THE NAVY - MANAGEMENT. You will resolve difficult issues/problems requiring consideration of the staffing and classification program.

You will provide technical services on assigned portions of position management, staffing and classification, programs.

You will provide technical advice and assistance to Secretariat managers and operations personnel in resolution of difficult staffing problems.

You will review staffing actions/packages for completeness and compliance in accordance with Secretariat hiring process.
