Performs the full range of Recruitment and Placement advisory services. Provides staffing advisory services based on the serviced organization's local, regional, or national staffing priorities and takes proactive measures to anticipate management's needs by pre-positioning work products in expectation of new projects and programs Provides continuing technical advice and assistance to management on Human Resources Program
