Provide and maintain services to support civilian employees both locally and in remote fields environments.

Recommend actions to be taken on requests for adjustments in manpower requirements.

Serve as a liaison between management officials, human resources, and command headquarters providing guidance on a range of personnel management programs.

Advise management on realignment of personnel.

Maintain the Command's civilian personnel databases, gain/loss reports, on-board manning lists, status of hiring actions, award and overtime reports, and high-level briefing materials.
