Human Resources Specialist

Vinart is a franchised new and used car dealership group consisting of the Acura, Honda, and Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche automobile brands. In addition to our new car franchises, we also operate one pre-owned vehicle dealership and a full-service vehicle reconditioning center.

Position Summary: The HR Specialist will serve as a partner for management in all aspects of talent management, recruitment, and onboarding. The HR Specialist will also support the owner in special projects. Responsibilities include:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm on-site

Job Description:

• Posts job openings in ADP Recruiting Tool for all Vinart Dealership locations
• Manages social media recruitment.
• Runs background checks and MVR’s
• Assists with maintaining relationships with vocational schools and other community partners by attending career fairs,
• offering job shadows, etc.
• Schedules and Conducts interviews.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements consist of a high school diploma or GED coupled with at least one year of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's or associate degree in human resource management or administration is preferred.
