This position provides administrative, analytical, personnel tracking, records management, and coordination services in support of civilian workforce management across all LOGCOM-supervised Bases and the Base Detachment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop, prepare, coordinate, and distribute clear and timely communications supporting civilian workforce training sessions, briefings, conferences, meetings, and special events; coordinate with the CRC, LOG-1 leadership, supervisors, training providers, and other stakeholders to confirm messaging and ensure consistency across distribution channels.

· Provide administrative and coordination support for civilian workforce meetings, training sessions, briefings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, coordinating availability, reserving meeting spaces or virtual platforms, preparing calendar invitations, confirming presenters, and preparing agendas, meeting materials, sign-in sheets, rosters, read-ahead packages, and briefing slides.

· Maintain electronic filing systems and organize digital records across Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI Apps, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and other Government-authorized platforms.

· Track personnel-related inquiries and route them to the appropriate Government personnel; track double-encumbered billets and coordinate updates with the PAL team as directed by the CRC.

· Track deadlines for performance evaluations, training compliance, hiring actions, and reporting requirements; maintain status trackers and dashboards as directed.

· Screen and respond to routine, day-to-day human resources inquiries from the field when responses are administrative in nature and based on Government-approved guidance, and escalate complex policy, labor relations, employee relations, or fiscal issues to the GS-13 CRC or other designated Government official.

· Support development of ad hoc data compilations, reports, and correspondence templates requested by the CRC, TPOC, COR, or designated Government representative.
