_*HUMAN RESOURCES SYSTEM ANALYST*_

*Role and Responsibilities:*

* Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements that streamline workflows
* Configure, maintain and troubleshoot the HRIS to fit our clients' requirements
* Be the go-to contact for user questions and system issues
* Build reports that turn workforce data into clear insights
* Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out process enhancements
* Document configurations and procedures, and train HR staff on new features

*What you bring:*

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
* Works well independently and as part of a team
