Responsibilities
- Plan talent mapping depending on corporate need
- Source and hunt for talents through job advertisements or campus campaigns
- Manage full recruitment cycle, from salary negotiation to contract placement
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Campus Recruitment
- Experience in in-house or agency recruitment from/for Tech industries is highly advantageous
