Position Summary
The Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering talent development, onboarding, and employee learning initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a key operational team member in supporting the employee experience through the coordination of training programs, onboarding processes, learning technologies, and employee development activities.
Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities
Programming Coordination
Coordinate the planning, scheduling, administration, and execution of talent development and employee experience programs, workshops, webinars, retreats, onboarding activities, coaching programs, career growth initiatives, succession planning activities, and other training initiatives.
Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics with stakeholders, subject matter experts, coaches, facilitators, and business partners throughout the design and delivery process.
Prepare program materials, resources, communications, attendee lists, name badges, participant registration, attendance records, completion tracking, evaluation results, project documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
Provide facilitator and participant support before, during, and after learning programs and development or engagement events.
Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of talent development programs, processes, and learner experience.
Support communication efforts to promote available learning programs and resources.
Provide exceptional client service to employees, leaders, facilitators, and business partners.
Assist with additional Talent Development and Human Resources projects as assigned.
Learning Technology & Content Support
Support administration of the LMS and other learning technologies, including user profiles, course catalogs, training records, and learning content.
Generate reports on learning participation, completion, compliance, and development activities.
Provide learner and manager support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate additional assistance as needed.
Support the development of learning materials, onboarding resources, communications, and digital learning assets.
Assist with multimedia content creation, including video recording and editing.
Facilitate routine instructor-led and virtual training programs as assigned.
Ensure learning systems, content, and materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with organizational standards.

Required Education, Experience, Licenses & Technical Competencies
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Organizational Development, Training & Development, or related field preferred. An equivalent amount of experience may be accepted in lieu of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
High school diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and organizational information required.
Experience supporting learning management systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, or other talent technologies preferred.
Experience coordinating training programs, events, and employee development initiatives preferred.
Strong organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities preferred.
Must demonstrate proficiency in all core competencies as described and characterized in this job description.

Other duties as assigned.
Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to read and write in English.
Minimal (<10%) travel is required.
