Human Resources Technician - Quebec

As a member of the Human Resources team, you will work closely with your colleagues to provide administrative support on a wide range of HR activities and initiatives. Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities you will take on when you join our team:- Gather the documentation required to create new employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), set up employee files, submit IT equipment and access requests, and support HR Business Partners throughout the onboarding process
- Maintain up-to-date employee records by making the necessary changes in the HRIS and other internal systems
- Participate in the pre-processing of payroll data, including entering information related to expense reports, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll-related items
- Provide administrative support for the annual performance review process
- Prepare various reports and documents for the Payroll team and managers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and updating of HR processes and procedures
- Draft and revise letters and other documents in both French and English
- Participate in a variety of HR projects and initiatives, while ensuring the required administrative follow-ups are completed
Qualifications
- Hold a college diploma or attestation in Office Administration or another relevant field
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written*
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Be comfortable working with a variety of software applications and technology tools
- Possess a strong attention to detail, as well as a high level of accuracy and consistency
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Possess strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a collaborative work style and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
