Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize global network and cloud infrastructure to ensure system reliability, security, and high availability.
• Maintain enterprise network environments, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and SD-WAN, while monitoring performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Administer Microsoft Azure cloud resources, virtual machines, and related services, ensuring efficient operations and secure configurations.
• Implement and maintain network security controls, including Firewalls, ACLs, IDS/IPS, and access management policies.
• Support the implementation of IT security standards and compliance practices to strengthen infrastructure protection.
• Provide technical support for internal IT environments, resolving network, system access, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Collaborate with international IT teams on infrastructure deployment, system integration, and improvement initiatives, including occasional overseas travel for project implementation and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, operational procedures, and IT support guidelines.

Requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical roles.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies, with hands-on experience in network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience administering or supporting Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID, VMware, vCenter, and enterprise firewall solutions.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and commonly used enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, including access control, network protection, and infrastructure security.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, particularly Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
• Good English communication and technical documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with overseas teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Nice to Have

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (M365) environments.
• Previous involvement in international IT projects, overseas infrastructure deployment, or on-site technical support.
• Familiarity with information security standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Experience supporting multi-site enterprise networks, hybrid cloud environments, or globally distributed IT infrastructure.
