HVAC Apprentice

Lee Plumbing, Heat & Air, and Electrical is seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position provides hands-on training and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The HVAC Apprentice will work alongside experienced technicians to develop technical skills while providing excellent customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating and cooling systems.
• Help install HVAC equipment, ductwork, thermostats, and related components.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including changing filters, cleaning equipment, and inspecting systems.
• Learn to diagnose HVAC issues and assist with necessary repairs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials.
• Participate in training opportunities to develop HVAC knowledge and technical skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or lead technicians.
